I do digital art commission only.
The service does not include postage of physical copies.

Art/picture copyright & use

I retain all the rights to my artwork.

🦊 You cannot alter the final product without permission (I would prefer if you ask me to change eye/hair color, etc instead. It doesn’t cost me anything). You can crop, resize and print the artwork instead.

🦊 You cannot remove or hide my watermark in any way, or censor my artist signature.

🦊 If permitted to post any of my works on socials, you must credit me .

🦊 I am entitled to use the commissioned artwork as part of my portfolio, in case of OC you will be credited.

🦊Prices and artworks are for personal use only, they are not meant for business/commercial purposes. You are not allowed to profit from the art in any kind of form, if you wish you can make prints for your personal use.

1.Payment Terms & Working process

I accept payments in USD, but if you wish to pay in EUR or GBP please let me know.

✨The payment has to be processed through Paypal at [email protected] and it will be split in two parts: you will pay the first half of the total price once I accept your order, and the second half once the drawing is done.

✨You will receive a pro forma invoice via Paypal once I begin to work on your commission. In the meantime, I will put you in my waiting list and you will receive the invoice from Paypal only once I am about to start working on the sketch.

✨Delivery times may vary according to the style (ex. chibis take less than bust ups), how elaborate the work might be and on possible unforeseen last-minute work or family issues but in that case you will be retified. Generally speaking, it could take from 4 to 10 working days (at max).

✨No refunds are accepted after the payment. I will refund you only in rare cases (sickness, serious family or technical issues)

2.Prossessing your Commission

Please make sure your request complies with my do/do not draw requirements (here) before sending your commission request. That will save us both time.

  1. If your request does not comply, you will be notified through socials or email and you can decide if you want to keep going with another request or drop it.

  2. Once accepted, I will insert you in my waiting list (here) that will be kept updated at all times. When you will receive the invoice from Paypal it means it is your comm's turn. I will not proceed unless the first payment is received.

  3. Once confirmed the first transaction, I will start working and send an initial sketch. You will be kept posted throughout the process: you can also ask for minor adjustments, for the major ones I will charge 20% more. The drafts will be watermarked to avoid art theft.

  4. When the artwork is finished and you are happy with the result, I will ask you to pay the second half of the agreed amount. I will not send any files until the last payment has been received.

  5. The artwork (and if you wish the project as well) will be loaded in a Google Drive folder and you will receive the link to download the picture at its highest resolution.

Sending a commission request implies that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions above.
